Engr Mohammad Saiful Islam is the CEO & Owner of Youth Engineering System & Co. (YESCO), a Bangladeshi company. He was born on November 30, 1978, in the Netrakona District. He earned his diploma in civil engineering from Mymensingh Polytechnic Institute in 1997, followed by a B.Sc in Civil Engineering from Sonargaon University of Bangladesh in 2015.

Engr Mohammad Saiful Islam is highly regarded for his self-motivated and principled personality, combined with dynamic leadership skills. Apart from running his own company, he has held several management positions in construction firms. From 1997-2004, he worked as a Site Engineer (Civil) under K.B. Huq and Company, followed by a role as the Project Engineer (Civil) of Asian Tower Company (under Ericsson Bangladesh) from 2004-2005. He then served as the Project Engineer of Satata Construction Corporation Ltd from 2005-2007.

Engr Mohammad Saiful Islam started his business career in 2007 as the CEO & Owner of YESCO. He has provided consultancy services as a team leader or member in the field of civil engineering and construction for over two decades. His areas of expertise include CME Infrastructure, Civil work for Telecom Tower Foundation, Power Connection and Maintenance work at BTS sites, Construction Sector Building, Exchange & Switch Room, Renovation Works, Supply & Installation of GSM & Wall Mounted Site Arm, Installation of Feeder Cable, GSM Microwave, CPRI Cable, IBS, Repeater & Pico works with major telecommunication companies in Bangladesh.

Engr Mohammad Saiful Islam is actively involved in various social welfare initiatives for underprivileged people, operating his own fund in different parts of the country. He maintains close ties with the local community and actively participates in local charities and sports.

Engr Mohammad Saiful Islam has Traveled extensively for pilgrimage, travel, and Business purposes, visiting countries such as Saudi Arabia, India, Myanmar, China, Malaysia, and Thailand …….….

He is married to Mrs. Farjana Islam and has three Daughters named Sanjana Islam, Samanta Islam, and Samia Islam.
